If you don't have interviews, you're getting nowhere...
If you've made $100K+ before and want to again, but you have no interviews in sight, read on...
Perhaps I can help.
I’ve been unemployed a few times in my career. Sometimes by choice, but more often not.
Each time was demoralizing, frustrating, financially challenging, and stressful. Difficult for me, and very hard on my family. If you've been out of work for a few weeks or even months, you know what I mean.
I sent hundreds of resumes, registered on every job-site possible, looked everywhere for a matching job, and applied online until I was sick and tired of filling out the same forms, over and over again… name, address, experience, jobs, education, blah, blah, blah. With limited, if any, results.
Most of the time these approaches didn't work. When I finally found a job, it was usually through a relationship, or by luck, but not through a website or even a recruiter.
Unemployed again in the early 2000's, I decided to risk my limited capital in a sales training franchise. Bad idea. It failed in less than a year, like most franchises do. I was lucky to land a job as VP of Sales with my main training client. But just two years later, they changed their strategy and product line, and I was faced, once again, with a job search in a tough economy, and no immediate opportunities.
But this time, rather than rushing into job searching the same old way, I stopped. I thought about it.
I knew I needed to do something different. I decided to leverage all that I knew about business process reengineering, consultative selling, and executive decision making, and apply it to getting a job quickly.
And I figured it out. I designed "a process", and tried it...
Within four weeks, I had three interviews discussing immediate opportunities. I had multiple referrals from CEOs and senior execs of major corporations, and believe me, a referral from the executive team gets you to the top of someone’s list. The results? I had two job offers a week later, and I chose the one that increased my previous base salary by 50%!
Wow. It worked. I celebrated!
Unfortunately, 18 months later, this $1B tech company downsized across the board, and as the last one in, I was the first one out of the department. Unemployed again.
But I decided to try "my process” again, and I had six interviews within two weeks, and a job within four weeks with an international firm heading up a major project.
It had worked again.
I was consistently getting referrals from executives, and being interviewed for jobs that other job hunters (and recruiters) didn't know about, since they had not been posted anywhere.
So two years later, when I made a conscious choice to look for an executive position in a foreign country that I had never even visited before, wanting to travel there with my wife to live and have an adventure, I decided to leverage “my process” again.
This time, the same day I started my search, I reached an executive using “my process”, and literally had a response in five minutes from this CEO of a $50M tech services firm, who requested my resume and had his HR officer setup an interview asap. A telephone interview one week later, a face to face meeting one week after that, and we were discussing a job offer for a major role as a member of the senior management team.
It had worked again. For a C-level role that the CEO had not even formulated into a job description before we connected. I wrote the job description.
A friend of mine said to me, “What are you doing? You’re better than anyone I’ve ever known at landing on your feet. You get jobs faster than anybody.”
He's right. I'm onto something. So I've decided to offer "my process” and help other people get jobs fast, too.
I know from experience that my "process” works. Three times. 100% success rate. But it might not be right for you. Or maybe it is.
You've probably already updated your resume, had it rewritten, registered with every jobsite you can think of, Googled for hours looking for jobs and doing company research, and even mass-emailed your now-perfect resume to hundreds of recruiters via mass distribution services. Those are good things to do. But if your replies are limited to “Thank you. We’ll contact you when… blah, blah. Don’t call us, we’ll call you.”, and you don’t have any interviews scheduled, you might consider trying "my process".
Now I bet you're thinking "Here we go. Sounds too good to be true. He wants my credit card number for something...".
No job, no fee.
That's right. I realize that since you’re unemployed, or underemployed, you don’t want to risk any money. I've been there. So there is no upfront fee. (No, I do NOT want your credit card number.)
You also don’t want to pay unless you are guaranteed results. I can understand that, too. So no payment at all unless you get a job with one of the referrals we generate or the relationships we establish for you.
There’s no catch. Pay only if and AFTER you get a $100K+ job.
Get the job first, and then pay the fee monthly to reduce the impact on your cash flow. Zero interest for 25 months - an affordable impact of $400 a month.
Yes, it’s $10,000 – about one month of lost income. Worth it? You decide.
The business case is simple...
Every month you're out of work you lose over $10,000 of salary and benefits.
If you have no interviews in sight, the chances of your landing and starting a job within the next month are practically nil.
If you get a job one month sooner, it’s break-even on the fee. If you get a job two months sooner, it’s a great ROI. You’re smart. Figure it out. You know how much you're already missing out on.
So, it’s up to you.
"My process” either works for you, and you get interviews, and a job. Or it doesn’t, and you pay nothing. Zero. Nada.
I’m not giving the secrets away, so don’t ask for tips on how to do it, or how it works. I’m not writing a book or publishing articles. I have no blog. I discovered and designed "my process" which has worked for me 100% of the time since I designed it, and I believe it will work for you.
Get a $100K+ job, or you pay nothing. Pay only if and AFTER you get the job. No cost to start and no risk, period.
If you’re serious about getting back to work, have earned $100K+ in the past, are tired of being unemployed or underpaid, are frustrated with the lack of progress and have no interviews, consider leveraging "my process". We get the referrals so that you don't have to, and we guarantee success.
What do you have to lose?
